Correcting Drug Test Results Instructions

When you Correct a Result in your Express Labs Account the MRO is sent a Request to Review & Amend the Results.  The MRO will Report the Amended Results by Email and Post the Results to your Express Labs Account.

  1. Login to your Express Labs Account 
  2. Click Test Results on the Top Tabs
  3. Click View Results
  4. Click Correct Results
  5. Correct the Results (Spelling of Driver's Name, Reason-for-Testing or Last 4 of SSN)
  6. Click Send Request​​​
