Correcting Results Instructions
Only the MRO can "Amend" Results. When you "Correct" the Results in your Account - the MRO will receive a "Request" to Amend the Results. The MRO will Review All Documentation and will send Amended Results to your Email and Posts the Results to your Express Labs Account. This Process may take up to 24 Hours.
- Click All Test Results on Top Tabs
- Click View Results
- Click Correct Results (Spelling of Driver's Name, SSN and/or Reason for Testing)
- Correct the Results Click Send Request - The MRO will Amend the Results

- Results are Faster without any Spelling Errors. (Only use Paper Quest Forms when you can't Order Online). The Driver's License, Mode (FMCSA - For DOT Testing) and Type of Test are Automatically Coded into the Order.
