Correcting Drug Test Results

Send a Request the Medical Review Officer (MRO) to correct the results.  The amended Drug test results are emailed and uploaded to your account by the Express Labs Medical Review Officer (MRO).

Correcting Drug Test Results Instructions

1. Login to your Express Labs account
2. Click Test Results on the top tabs
3. Click View Results
4. Click Correct Results
5. Correct the Results (spelling or reason for testing)
6. Click Send Request
