Correcting Drug Test Results Instructions

Important Compliance Notes

When a result is corrected in your Express Labs account, a request to review and amend the result is automatically submitted to the Medical Review Officer (MRO).  After the review is completed, the MRO will email the amended results and post the updated results directly to your Express Labs account.

How to Correct Results

1. Login to your Express Labs account
2. Click Test Results on the top tabs
3. Click View Results
4. Click Correct Results
5. Correct the Results (spelling of driver's name, reason-for-testing or last 4 of SSN)
6. Click Send Request
