Account Updates & Paying Invoice Instructions
- Login to your Express Labs Account for Account Updates and to Pay Invoices
✅ Paying Invoice Instructions
- Go to Invoices on the Top Tabs
- Click Pay All
- Click Review Order
- Click Place Order
✅ Update or Add a New Credit Card
- Go to Payment Options on the Top Tabs Card
- Click Update or Add
- Update or Add Credit Card Information
- Click Save
✅ Add & Deactivate Users
- Scroll down to Invite Users
- Type the Email Address of the New User
- Choose Full or Accounting Access
- Click Send Invites and the new User will receive an email with Instructions
✅ Change your Main Contact, Email, Phone or Company Name
- Go to Account Details on the Top Left Tabs
- Go to Update Account Info
- Type in Changes
- Update your Password then Click Save (Quest Diagnostics will Print & Ship new Forms)
✅ Change your Address
- Go to Account Address on the Top Tabs in your Account
- Click Edit This Location
- Type in Changes (physical address) then Click Save (Quest Diagnostics will Print & Ship New Forms)
✅ Add Drivers License & State on Active List (Required by DOT)
- Go to Manage Drivers on Top Tabs in your Account
- Type in the State of Issue & License Number
- Click Submit
✅ Add your DOT Authority Number (Required by DOT on Certificate)
- Go to Account Details on the Top Left Tabs
- Go to Update Account Info
- Type in Changes, Update your Password then Click Save
