Account Updates, Add Driver Licenses & Paying Invoices
Account Updates
Change Main Contact (DER), Email, Phone or Company Name
- Login to your Express Labs Account
- Go to "Account Details" on Top Tabs
- Click "Update Account Info"
- Type in Changes
- Update Password
- Click "Save" - Quest will Print & Ship new Forms
Add Users in your Account
- Login to your Express Labs Account
- Scroll down to "Invite Users" or to "Deactivate" a User
- Type Email of New User
- Click "Send Invites" - The New User will receive an Email with Instructions
Change Address
- Login to your Express Labs Account
- Go to "Account Address" on Top Tabs
- Click "Edit This Location"
- Type in Changes
- Click "Save" - Quest will Print & Ship New Forms
Driver Licenses (DOT Requires Driver’s Licenses on Active Driver Lists)
- Log in to your Express Labs Account
- Click "Manage Drivers" on the top navigation tabs
- Click "To Edit Driver's License - Click Here"
- Enter the Driver's License Number and State
- Click Submit
DOT Authority Number (DOT Requires DOT Number on Certificates)
- Log in to your Express Labs Account
- Click "Account Details"
- Select "Update Account Info"
- Enter your DOT Number
- Click Save
Paying Invoices - Unpaid Invoices must be Paid before Adding or Updating a Credit Card
- Login to your Express Labs Account
- Go to "Invoices" on Top Tabs
- Click "Pay All"
- Click "Review Order"
- Click "Place Order"
Updating Credit Card - Unpaid Invoices must be Paid before Adding or Updating a Credit Card.
- Login to your Express Labs Account
- Go to "Payment Options" on Top Tabs
- Click Update or Add
- Update or Add Credit Card
- Click Save
