  2. Go to Invoices on the Top Tabs
  3. Click Pay All
  4. Click Review Order
  5. Click Place Order

  2. Go to Payment Options on the Top Tabs to add a New Credit Card
  3. Click Update or Add
  4. Update or Add Credit Card Information
  5. Click Save
