Account Updates & Paying Invoice Instructions

  • ​Login to your Express Labs Account for Account Updates and to Pay Invoices

✅ Paying Invoice Instructions

  1. ​Go to Invoices on the Top Tabs
  2. Click Pay All
  3. Click Review Order
  4. Click Place Order

✅ Update or Add a New Credit Card

  1. Go to Payment Options on the Top Tabs Card
  2. Click Update or Add
  3. Update or Add Credit Card Information
  4. Click Save

✅ Add & Deactivate Users

  1. Scroll down to Invite Users
  2. Type the Email Address of the New User
  3. Choose Full or Accounting Access
  4. Click Send Invites and the new User will receive an email with Instructions

✅ Change your Main Contact, Email, Phone or Company Name

  1. Go to Account Details on the Top Left Tabs
  2. Go to Update Account Info
  3. Type in Changes
  4. Update your Password then Click Save (Quest Diagnostics will Print & Ship new Forms)

✅ Change your Address

  1. Go to Account Address on the Top Tabs in your Account
  2. Click Edit This Location
  3. Type in Changes (physical address) then Click Save (Quest Diagnostics will Print & Ship New Forms)

✅ Add Drivers License & State on Active List (Required by DOT)

  1. Go to Manage Drivers on Top Tabs in your Account
  2. Type in the State of Issue & License Number
  3. Click Submit

✅ Add your DOT Authority Number (Required by DOT on Certificate)

  1. Go to Account Details on the Top Left Tabs
  2. Go to Update Account Info
  3. Type in Changes, Update your Password then Click Save

  • Go to Certificates & Driver List to Download a Current Certificate Active Driver List
  • Express Labs sends a Current Active Drivers List on the 1st of every Month to Review your Active Drivers with Instructions to Add & Deactivate Drivers
