Account Updates

Update your Express Labs account to keep your company information, users, addresses, and driver license information current.

When you update your account, Express Labs automatically notifies Quest Diagnostics and our Medical Review Officer (MRO).  Quest Diagnostics updates your account, prints and ships new Custody & Control Forms (CCFs) and the MRO updates their records.

Add & Remove Users

All Active Users receive Express Labs email notifications.

1. Log in to your Express Labs account
2. Select Invite Users or Deactivate User
3. Enter the user's information
4. Click Send Invitation

• New users will receive an email with activation instructions

Account Update Instructions

Update your Main Contact (DER), Email, Phone, Company Name & DOT Number

1. Log in to your Express Labs account
2. Go to Account Details
3. Click Update Account Info
4. Enter your changes
5. Click Save

Change Address

• Log in to your Express Labs account
• Go to Account Address
• Click Edit This Location
• Enter your changes
• Click Save
