Account Updates & Paying Invoices Instructions

Paying Invoice Instructions

  • Login to your Account then Go to "Invoices" on Top Tabs, Click Pay All, Click Review Order, Click Place Order

Update or Add a New Credit Card

  • Login to your Account then Go to "Payment Options" on Top Tabs, Click Update or Add, Update or Add Credit Card, Click Save

Account Update Instructions

Change your Main Contact (DER), Email, Phone or Company Name 

  • Login to your Account then Go to "Account Details" on Top Tabs, Click "Update Account Info"Type in Changes, Update Password then Click Save (Quest will Print & Ship new Forms)

Change your Address

  • Login to your Account then Go to "Account Address" on Top Tabs. Click "Edit This Location", Type in Changes, then Click Save, DOT Requires a "Physical Address" (Quest will Print & Ship New Forms)

Add & Deactivate Users

  • Login to your Account then Scroll down to "Invite Users", Type Email of New User, Click Send Invites, The new User will receive an email with Instructions

Certificate & Active Drivers List

Check your Certificate and Active Drivers List to ensure everything is up to date

Add Driver Licenses to Your Active Drivers List (Required by DOT)

  • Login to your Account then Click on "Manage Drivers" on the Top Tabs
  • Enter the Driver's License Number and State
  • Click Submit
  • (A valid license is required to place online orders)

Add Your DOT Authority Number to Your Certificate (Required by DOT)

  • Login to your Account then Click on "Account Details"
  • Go to "Update Account Info"
  • Enter your DOT Number
  • Update your Password if needed
  • Click Save
