Account Updates

Update your Express Labs account to keep your company information, users, addresses, and driver license information current.

Add & Remove Users

Only active users receive Express Labs email notifications.

1. Log in to your Express Labs account
2. Select Invite Users or Deactivate User
3. Enter the user's information
4. Click Send Invitation

• New users will receive an email with activation instructions

Account Update Instructions

Update your DER email, phone number, company name, or DOT number

1. Log in to your Express Labs account
2. Go to Account Details
3. Click Update Account Info
4. Enter your changes
5. Click Save

Change Address

• Log in to your Express Labs account
• Go to Account Address
• Click Edit This Location
• Enter your changes
• Click Save

Add & Edit Driver Licenses

Driver license information is required for your Active Drivers List and online test ordering.

1. Log in to your Express Labs account
2. Click Manage Drivers
3. Select the driver
4. Click Edit Driver's License
5. Enter or update the license number, state, or last 4 digits of the SSN
6. Click Submit
