Account & User Update Instructions


Once you make changes in your Express Labs account, Quest Diagnostics & the Medical Review Officer (MRO) will update your account information in their system and Quest will print & ship new forms.


Account Update Process

Login → Account Details → Update Information → Save


Add or Manage Users Process

Login → Invite / Deactivate User → Enter Details → Send Invite


Address Update Process

Login → Account Address → Edit Location → Save


Add & Delete Users in your Account

All users receive email notifications from Express Labs.

  1. Log in to your Express Labs account
  2. Scroll to Invite Users or Deactivate a User
  3. Enter new user information
  4. Click Send Invites
  5. The new user will receive an email with instructions

Account Update Instructions

Change or Update: DER (Designated Employer Representation - Main Contact) - Email, Phone, Company Name, or DOT Authority Number.

  1. Log in to your Express Labs account
  2. Go to Account Details
  3. Click Update Account Info
  4. Enter changes
  5. Click Save

Change Address

  • Log in to your Express Labs account
  • Go to Account Address
  • Click Edit This Location
  • Enter changes
  • Click Save

Active Drivers List & Certificate

Express Labs sends an Active Driver List on the 1st of every month.  Maintaining an accurate driver list is required for DOT compliance snd helps prevent missed or unnecessary random selections.

  • Confirm the active driver list is accurate and up to date
  • Deactivate drivers who are not actively driving or unavailable for random testing
  • Go to "Certificates & Driver List" to download a copy
