Account Update Instructions
Login to your Express Labs Account to Update your Account Information.
Add Users in your Account
All Users receive All Emails from Express Labs.
- Login to your Express Labs Account
- Scroll down to "Invite Users" or to "Deactivate" a User
- Type Email of New User
- Click "Send Invites"
- The New User will receive an Email with Instructions
Change Main Contact (DER), Email, Phone, Company Name or DOT Authority Number
- Login to your Express Labs Account
- Go to "Account Details" on Top Tabs
- Click "Update Account Info"
- Type in Changes
- Update your Password
- Click "Save"
- Once you make changes in your Express Labs account - Quest Diagnostics & the Medical Review Officer (MRO) will update your Account Information in their system and Quest will Print & Ship new Forms
Change Address
- Login to your Express Labs Account
- Go to "Account Address" on Top Tabs
- Click "Edit This Location"
- Type in Changes
- Click "Save"
- Once you make changes in your Express Labs account - Once you make changes in your account - Quest Diagnostics & the Medical Review Officer (MRO) will update your Account Information in their system and Quest will Print & Ship new Forms
Driver’s Licenses Required for Active Drivers List
DOT requires every Driver’s License to be listed on your Active Drivers List in the event of an Audit. A valid Driver’s License is also needed to Order Tests Online.
- Login to your Express Labs Account
- Go to: "Manage Drivers" on the Top Tabs
- Go to: "To Edit Driver's License or SSN" - Click Here
- Add or Edit Driver's License Number and State and Last 4 of SSN
- Click Submit
DOT Authority Number
DOT Requires your DOT Authority Number to be Listed on your Certificate in the event of an Audit.
- Login to your Express Labs Account
- Click "Account Details"
- Select "Update Account Info"
- Enter your DOT Number
- Click Save
