Account Updates, Add Driver Licenses & Paying Invoices

Account Updates

Change Main Contact (DER), Email, Phone or Company Name

  1. Login to your Express Labs Account
  2. Go to "Account Details" on Top Tabs
  3. Click "Update Account Info"
  4. Type in Changes
  5. Update Password
  6. Click "Save" - Quest will Print & Ship new Forms

Add Users in your Account

  1. Login to your Express Labs Account
  2. Scroll down to "Invite Users" or to "Deactivate" a User
  3. Type Email of New User
  4. Click "Send Invites" - The New User will receive an Email with Instructions

Change Address

  1. Login to your Express Labs Account
  2. Go to "Account Address" on Top Tabs
  3. Click "Edit This Location"
  4. Type in Changes
  5. Click "Save" - Quest will Print & Ship New Forms

Driver Licenses (DOT Requires Driver’s Licenses on Active Driver Lists)

  1. Log in to your Express Labs Account
  2. Click "Manage Drivers" on the top navigation tabs
  3. Click "To Edit Driver's License - Click Here"
  4. Enter the Driver's License Number and State
  5. Click Submit

DOT Authority Number (DOT Requires DOT Number on Certificates)

  1. Log in to your Express Labs Account
  2. Click "Account Details"
  3. Select "Update Account Info"
  4. Enter your DOT Number
  5. Click Save

Paying Invoices - Unpaid Invoices must be Paid before Adding or Updating a Credit Card

  1. Login to your Express Labs Account
  2. Go to "Invoices" on Top Tabs
  3. Click "Pay All"
  4. Click "Review Order"
  5. Click "Place Order"

Updating Credit Card - Unpaid Invoices must be Paid before Adding or Updating a Credit Card.

  1. Login to your Express Labs Account
  2. Go to "Payment Options" on Top Tabs
  3. Click Update or Add
  4. Update or Add Credit Card
  5. Click Save
