Breath Alcohol Testing Instructions

  • Members are Required to Order Breath Alcohol  Tests Online in your Express Labs Account or Choose Any Site, Pay for the Test and Send Express Labs the Results

Ordering Alcohol Tests Online

  1. Login to your Express Labs Account and Go to Top Left Tabs to Order
  2. Select the Reason-for-Testing (Random, Post-Accident)
  3. Find a Collection Site (Enter Zip Code)
  4. Order the Alcohol Test
  5. Check your Email for the QPassport (within 1 hour from Quest)
  6. Drivers must bring the QPassport to the Site Selected (Collector Scans Barcode on Form or from Driver’s Phone)
  7. Call the Collection Site to Confirm they are Open before Notifying Drivers
  8. Results are Emailed & Posted to your Account when Ordering Online

Option 2: Choose Any Site, Pay for the Test, Send Express Labs Results

  • If you didn't Order Online send the Breath Alcohol Results with the Receipt of Payment to Results@ExpressLabs.com (Type "Alcohol Results & Receipt" on the Subject Line)

Alcohol Testing Fees

  • Express Labs charges $80 for Breath Alcohol Test Results when Ordering Online
  • Invoices are Due Upon Receipt on the 1st of the Month for the Previous Month's Results
  • Members must keep a Valid Credit Card on file for Testing Fees to keep your Company & Drivers Active
