Breath Alcohol Testing Instructions

The 2 Options for Breath Alcohol Testing are Ordering Online in your Express Labs Account or Choose Any Site, Pay for the Test, Send Express Labs the Results

Option 1: Ordering Breath Alcohol Tests Online

✅ Step 1: Order the Breath Alcohol Test

✅ Step 2: Call the Collection Site to Confirm they are Open

Call the Collection Site to Confirm they are Open Before Notifying Drivers or Driving to the Site. Some Sites may have Reduced Hours due to Staffing, their System may be Down, have Temporarily Closed or may have Stopped Breath Alcohol Testing. If the Sites Computer is down place a new Order for a Different Site

✅ Step 3: Bring the QPassport to the Site

Drivers must bring the QPassport to the Site or the Collector Scans the Barcode from Driver's Phone
The QPassport is Emailed from Quest Diagnostics within 1 Hour of Ordering
QPassports are only valid for the Collection Site listed on the QPassport
Add noreply@questdiagnostics.com to your email settings under "Filters and Blocked Addresses" to ensure emails are not being filtered out

✅ Breath Alcohol Testing Results

Results are Emailed & Posted to your Account when Ordering Online
If you did not Order Online: Send Breath Alcohol Results with the Receipt of Payment to Results@ExpressLabs.com

✅ Breath Alcohol Testing Fees

Invoices are Due Upon Receipt on the 1st of the Month for the Previous Month's Results to keep Memberships Active. Members must keep a Valid Credit Card on file and Authorize Express Labs to charge for Test Results
Express Labs charges $80 for Breath Alcohol Test Results when Ordering Online
