How to Add & Deactivate Users to your Account
- Login to your Express Labs Account
- Scroll down to Invite Users to your account
- Type the Email Address of the New User or Deactivate a User
- Choose Full or Accounting Access
- Click Send Invites
- The new user will receive an email with Instructions to Login and enter their Contact Information
How to change your DER (Main Contact), Email, Phone, DOT Number or Company Name
- Login to your Express Labs Account
- Click Account Details on the Top Left Tabs in your Account
- Go to Update Account Info
- Type in Changes, Update your Password then Click Save
- Quest Diagnostics will Print & Ship new Forms
How to change your Address
- Login to your Express Labs Account
- Click Account Address on the Top Tabs in your Account
- Click Edit This Location
- Type in Changes (physical address) then Click Save
- Quest Diagnostics will Print & Ship New Forms
How to Add Driver's Licenses Numbers
- DOT Requires Drivers Licenses to be Listed on your Active Drivers List and to Order Drug & Alcohol Tests Online
- Login to your Express Labs Account
- Go to Manage Drivers on Top Tabs in your Account. See "Drivers are now Required to have Drivers License Listed"
- Type in the State of Issue & License Number
- Click Submit
How to Add your DOT Authority Number
- DOT Requires your DOT Authority Number to be Listed on your Certificate
- Login to your Express Labs Account
- Click Account Details on the Top Left Tabs in your Account
- Go to Update Account Info
- Type in Changes, Update your Password then Click Save
