All Drug Tests Must be Ordered Online in your Express Labs Account or by using the Quest Diagnostics Forms that Express Labs provides. After Enrolling Express Labs does Not accept Drug Test Results from other Drug Testing Companies.
- Click Order Drug Tests on the Top Left Tab
- Select the Reason for Testing
- Put in your Zip Code to Find Collection Sites
- Click Complete Order to Order the Drug Test
- Check your Email for your Drug Test Order
- Driver Must Bring the Authorization Number and Proper ID to the Site you Selected
- Check Online Drug Tests Ordered on the Left Side Tabs - You will be able to check when the Driver has been Collected
Custody & Control Forms (CCF)
Drivers Receive the DONOR COPY and should give this Copy to their Employer in the event of an Audit. Express Labs does not receive a Copy of the Custody & Control Forms. Online Ordering (eCCF) - The Authorization Number is Converted to a Specimen Number once it is Entered in the Computer and the Collector Prints the Custody & Control Forms.
