Paying Invoices Instructions

Invoices are due upon receipt.  Members must maintain a valid credit card on file for Drug & Alcohol Testing charges and to Order Drug & Alcohol Tests.

How to Pay Invoices

• Click Pay All
• Choose your Payment Option:
  • Use an Existing Credit Card
  • Add New Card (if your credit card was declined)
• Click Review Order
• Click Place Order to pay your invoice

Updating Credit Card

Unpaid invoices must be paid before updating or adding a new credit card. The credit card address must match the billing address. Gift cards cannot be used.

1. Log in to your Express Labs Account
2. Go to Payment Options on the top tabs
3. Click Add New Credit Card
4. Enter your Credit Card Information and click Save

Drug & Alcohol Testing Fees

• DOT & Non-DOT Drug Tests: $80
• Return-to-Duty & Follow-Up Drug Tests (Observed): $125
• Collection fees are included at In-Network Collection Sites only
